Had a couple of quotes for 5 windows replacing, which all seemed quite high. Then I popped into elmhurst shop to get a price from them and I’m so glad I did, they beat the quotes I had already got and the service and knowledge were great. They are very friendly and helpful. Went ahead and ordered the windows and they were fitted 6 weeks later. The windows look fantastic,  finished off very well, and was all completed in a day. Even received a call from the salesman to check I liked the windows that evening.

This was my first time using Elmhurst Windows, though I was aware they have been there for many years, and I wanted to use a local business to replace and update my windows.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier, the price quoted was very good (and cheaper than other quotes), communications were clear and easy, and the surveyor visit and fitting was arranged at a time that suited my timeline and availability. Have used Elmhurst for years  (same as my parents) - they've replaced all our windows, doors and guttering in our current house with the bathroom windows recently getting replaced again as part of a refurb to it. Cannot fault them at all - professional yet friendly approach to speaking to customers, clear advising on products available and benefits of them, great price. We had used Elmhurst before on a previous house 12 years ago. They did a good job then, so why not go back.
We needed the full works - all windows, doors, soffits, fascias and guttering.
Easy contact through the website. Richard was quickly in touch to arrange to come round.
He was as good as he was 12 years ago. Sized the job. Quoted. A bit of a haggle. Deal done. Better vfm than other quotes.
This is where Ryan and Wayne took over. The fitters. Ryan came round and did a more detailed survey. He explained how they worked. And we agreed a date. Which was a few weeks in advance so that we could book care for our dog.
The work was done in January in 6 days. The weather was awful but it never stopped Ryan and Wayne. They are a couple of stars. Polite. Hard working. Answered all our questions. Great finish. And tidied up each day.
We are absolutely delighted with what we have got. Neighbours have commented positively and also about how hard they worked.

If the review was for the finished product it would be 5 stars. Had a new front door, porch and lounge window. Ryan and his team did a fabulous job with the installation. Completed quickly with minimal mess and disruption. Very happy with it.
Unfortunately the service between placing the order and the survey was disappointing - 3 stars.
Each week we were told that the survey would be done "next week". When we had no contact & chased it, we were told it would be "next week". This went on for 4 weeks. Fortunately we weren't in a rush to have the work done. There may well have been a reason for this delay, but honest communication and a realistic timescale would've been appreciated

Conversion of conservatory

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the job that Ryan and Wayne have done for us. They are both very hardworking and easy to have around. The final result is more than satisfactory and we are amazed at how the temperature within the room is now so well managed by the roof insulation and new windows.

Everything has been accomplished to a high standard, as is usual with your company.
