The Brief…
When you plan to open up your kitchen taking out existing doors and effectively extending into a new conservatory, you have to have the confidence in thermally efficient products..
After careful planning and preparation, Elmhurst worked with the customer to create a loggia design in anthracite grey.
The look that was created is a modern glazed to the floor orangery concept including sliding patio doors, the smart aluminium cornice gutter, a “livin roof” aluminium insulated roof including glass panels and a “livin room” internal pelmet with spotlights included.
The Outcome…
The frames were glazed with integral uni-blinds, the installation was overseen by our special project team who completed the building work by matching the existing stonework and supervised it right through to final plastering and electrics.
The special Loggia columns in anthracite grey complement the frame structure as these are fully insulated low U-value posts, fully plastered on the inside and concreted into the ground just as traditional brick pillars would be.
This is another beautiful “love your home” concept designed and installed by Elmhurst.
