So Sean, what was it that made you decide actually to replace your windows and doors?

Our old windows and doors were looking quite dated, and they weren't particularly efficient, so we decided we'd take the plunge and have the whole house done, top and bottom, which we've done, and that was the reason really.

Really? That's amazing, and when you came to pick which designs and windows and doors you wanted, was there anything which made you pick these in particular over everything else?

We wanted something contemporary, something quite modern looking, which is what we've got because we've gone for the Flush-Fit Windows which have been a big Improvement in aesthetics. For energy efficiency, we wanted good quality double-glazing, certainly for the windows, but also for the French Doors at the back, which we've got leading to a conservatory.  By getting the Flush-Fit Windows and the decent quality double glazing at the back for the French Doors, it's given the house a complete lift; it will look more contemporary and modern.

And what prompted you to pick Elmhurst?

We shopped around and getting double glazing and new doors is a big decision financially. So we did shop around, and the price was competitive. 

We had a family member who'd used Elmhurst in the past, and we were very happy with the service that they had received, so we kind of went with Elmhurst, and I have to say you know we're very glad that we did.

It's been a very good efficient fitting, and the product is quality.
